Your hotel and Yoga Shala is in easygoing area not far away from shops, restaurants (healthy and local Thai) and pharmacies. Its about 20 min from Thong Sala Pier and you can expect to be charge around 200 THB for a taxi to the hotel.
Koh Phangan is great diving and snorkelling location. Diving trip (at extra cost) can be arranged on demand.
The island is known for amazing Vegan & Vegetarian food, fabulous healthy desserts and tasty local Thai cuisine.

We are thrilled to invite you to our Nepal Experience.
We are aiming this experience to 200h YTtc students and practitioners who wants to explore Nepal with us while immersing into The Path Of Knowledge & Yoga
Together we will visit some of the most important LANDMARKS of Kathmandu including Pashupatinath (burning temple), Monkey temple and Kathmandu city.
We will use YOGA as practice to aclimatise to the altitude and meanwhile bring light on some of your burning life questions with SWAMI PUJAN (psychologist Stephan
Kahlert).
YOGA of the heart will be lead by Darina Samuel.
We will visit ANCIENT NEWAR CITY ( city of devotees) BHAKTAPUR (Unesco site) which was deeply affected by earthquake ( option to donate for repairs) and its orphanage and bring smile to local kids that werent so fortunate.
Nagarkot village will offer us cozy base for practice and offer us spectacular views of Everest range.
3 days will be dedicated to local trek route starting from NAGARKOT. See some of the most stunning views of Himalayas, its sunrises & sunsets with no other choice just to experience the PRESENT moment.
And whole experience will finish back in Kathmandu

(Stephan Kahlert) worked as a Psychologist and therapist for many years in Australia and is now settled in Koh Phagan Thailand were students from all over the world visit him.
He is a student and teacher of Advaita Vedanta and is ttravelling all over Asia and India to conducts trainings and workshops for many years.
His mission is to make Philosophy alive and relevant in our day to day live and he would like to bring across the deepest Yogic understanding in a language that is easy absorbed and understood by

Darina Samuel
Is international Yoga teacher and trainer who has dynamic background in fitness, personal training and massage therapy.

Darina has spend couple years building successful Awakening & healing centre on Koh Phangan, where she lives and teaches for most of the year. Her style is based on great knowledge of alignment and anatomy with sprinkles of magic
Her speciality is combining dynamic yoga practice with yin and restorative style. “Seeing each person as individual with its abilities and limitations is necessary in Yoga and only by understanding them holistically we can tailor yoga practice to their needs.”
Her interest in emotional release and unlocking and changing old patterns has lead her towards life coaching through which she helps people all over the world either personally with her naturally positive attitude or online.
