One of my favourite things is brightening up gloomy days, spaces & people. Today I woke up into cloudy day and so I made this Healthy Pot full of Sunshine and Goodness !
INGREDIENTS:
Chia seeds
Honey
Fresh Strawberries
Banana
Rice milk (milk of your choice, preferably non dairy)
Nuts & seeds ( sunflower, sesame..anything)
Oats
PREPARATION:
1) Soak your chia seeds in warmer water with bit of honey
2) Meanwhile mix your banana, strawberries, oats & rice milk into thicker smoothie
3) Put some nuts and seeds on top of chia seeds
4) Pour your smoothie mix on top
5) Decorate the top with more fresh fruits and nuts.
